Bill & Jeanne have lived in the Fobes Hill area of Snohomish since 1988 and have raised their 3 children there.

Bill has over 30 years of marketing experience and has achieved the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, which is the highest designation in real estate held by only the top 4% of all REALTORs. He has also served as President of the Snohomish County-Camano Island Association of Realtors and was 'Realtor of the Year' for 1998. He has won many other pretigious awards over the years. In 2003 he was inducted into the RE/MAX 'Hall of Fame' and consistantly recognized as one of the leaders in RE/MAX sales achievement. He also won the Frank Nardo " REALTOR Achievement Award" for 2005. Bill was also chosen as Seattle Magazine FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent for 2006 in the Snohomish County area.

Bill was the 2006 President  of the Washington Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists, served on the board of directors of the Snohomish County Habitat for Humanity until 2005 and is active in many community activities.

 

Jeanne is an accomplished artist and paints under her maiden name of Jeanne Mita and has shown her paintings and prints all over the country. Jeanne worked for Microsoft in their Corporate Communications (Graphics)department until 1993.

Jeanne is the immediate past Chairman of the Sno-Isle Regional Library board of Trustees and has served as the President of the Washington Library Friends, Foundations and Trustees.

Jeanne works with Bill as an unlicensed assistant and received the REALTOR Community Service Award from Snohomish County Camano Association of REALTORs in 2002.

In their spare time they like to camp and fish and visit their 7 year old grandson Cooper. Bill and Jeanne also are rock hounds and have a collection of rocks and minerals from around the northwest.
